Build a margin of safety

Build out a margin of safety within the decision.

Questions to ask:

• What if I'm wrong?
• What if things don't go to plan?
• How much extra capacity do I need to build in to handle the unexpected?

Seek truth

Instead of trying to be right, seek truth. Focus on the outcome instead of ego.
